Our Services
Our services span wedding invitations, day-of stationery, and custom paper goods for celebrations, correspondence, and ideas that fall outside the expected. Some commissions begin with a single piece; others develop into a full collection. In every case, the work is shaped around the project itself, with room for both refined simplicity and more expressive detail. Explore the categories below to see where your commission might begin.

Wedding stationery sets the tone long before the wedding begins. Invitation commissions can include save-the-dates, invitation suites, enclosure cards, envelopes and liners, rehearsal dinner invitations, welcome party pieces, and other printed details for the weekend.
The design may be formal, romantic, colorful, understated, architectural, illustrative, or something entirely unexpected. Some suites rely on typography and beautiful paper alone, while others incorporate custom artwork, pattern, layered pieces, specialty printing, ribbon, wax seals, or other finishing details. Each suite is developed specifically for the wedding, with the setting, season, and overall feel helping to shape the design.
The result can be simple or elaborate, with each piece designed to work together as part of the whole.

Day-of stationery carries the design into the event itself. Menus, place cards, ceremony programs, table numbers, signage, and other printed details can all be designed to feel connected to the setting and to one another.
This is often where there is more room to explore scale, shape, texture, and construction. A place card can become more than a name on paper. A menu might incorporate vellum, ribbon, layered stock, or an unexpected silhouette. Signage can carry through motifs from the invitation suite or take on a stronger presence in the space.
Day-of stationery can be commissioned alongside an invitation suite or on its own. Whether you need a few finishing pieces or a more complete collection, each element is considered as part of the overall design so everything feels cohesive and intentional.

Not every commission belongs to a wedding, and not every idea fits neatly into a standard category. Gilded Crane also creates invitations for parties, showers, dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations, along with announcements, personal stationery, note cards, gift enclosures, and other custom paper goods.
This is also where more unusual requests belong. A commission might begin with a single card, a set of personal stationery, a printed piece tied to a gift or gathering, or an idea that does not fit an established format. These projects receive the same level of care and attention as larger suites, with the design shaped around what the piece needs to be.
If you have something specific in mind and are not quite sure where it fits, we are always happy to consider it.
